57 going on 58....who is that oldish looking woman staring at me in the mirror...helloooo...where's Rosalie?????

I've decided both in the fall of my life and the fall of this year....to do a daring thing. Going to sell my few things...buy an older camperized van and just go for a year. I will have to live on a shoestring really.....however I was blessed to be able to do some work in Mexico several times as well as Guatemala and have learned the difference between what we want and what we truly need. Of course I want to go in a new C Class motorhome with a pack of money but if I work and wait for that....I'll be far too ancient to enjoy myself. So I have challenged myself in several ways to get ready for this adventure....am exercising so I can walk and hike without too much difficulty........ brushing up on my Spanish and trying to mentally give myself permission to do this thing.

Material things have not influenced many of my major choices and if I had to choose between a thing and an experience...the experience would always win out...I haven't changed.
